Refund policy

At LIVIC, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for refund.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
